Deal on a 1995 WB I was looking at fell through (owner sold it to a relative), just as we were scheduling a sea trial

Anyways, after all of the research, assistance, and info. I received here, (many thanks to all) the WB is the model for me for purposes of trailering. I would like to see how the boat sails/handles/launches.

Now, is there anyone in Southern California that wouldn't mind taking me for a sail on their WB model? I'm willing to pay for the trouble (food, gas, drinks, etc.), help launch, wash, whatever. I also have a tow vehicle if needed.

my email: cnavarro24@adelphia.net

Thanks!!

Carlos, if you are over here in Florida, then we would be happy (no charge) to take you out on our WB 'Joint Decisino', it's the 2005 model, so very similar to the 1995 with a few minor differences.

I totally agree with your idea of taking a decent sea trial. If, like us, you intend to launch every trip, then just going out on the boat from the dock is only part of the experience. You know, I should make a short video (time elapsed) of the start of a trip. Hmmmm!

Paul.

Bajaman,
There is a guy in San Diego, right at the bayside foot of the convention center that rents Catalina 250's. I am not certain if they are keel or WB's but they are there...I opted for a powerboat that day as I never get to drive one and my wife and I had plans for lunch on the other side of the bay.

I don't think I'll be in Florida anytime soon, but I appreciate the offer. I'll keep that San Diego rental possibilty in mind. I would like to sail with someone (owner) to get first hand information.

Hailing ALL 250 WB owners in Southern California!!!

Bajaman,
We have a 1995 250WB in San Diego. We would be happy to take you out sometime. We are thinking about selling our boat "Lastone" sometime next year. If you are interested in going for a sail let us know. We sent you an e-mail a few days ago regarding this, did you get it?
