2002 Catalina Water Ballast for sale. Lift Kept! Tiller model with folding keel, draws 1'8" up. This boat is in excellent condition. Pop top canvas has never been used. Included is a 2002 Honda 9.9 4 stroke outboard, cockpit and stern rail seat cushions, Danforth anchor, depth finder and knot meter, self furling jib, full canvas package including mainsail, tiller cover and winches, companionway cover, brand new June 2007 deep cycle 27 battery, VHF Radio, 12 volt plug added to switch panel. Comes with lines, fenders, life jackets. Ready to go sailing. The sails are in outstanding condition. Mainsail and jib included. We are selling this boat to move up to another boat. This boat has been very well cared for and you will not find one in better condition unless you buy it new. The boat is located in Arnold, MD on the Magothy River near Annapolis.
