For Sail and Sale:
1981 25' Catalina Fixed Keel
Boat is dry docked in Merritt Island, Florida.
Three sails come with the boat.
Interior has beautiful teak and holly sole.
AM/FM CD player with interior and exterior speakers.
Bimini just fixed after storms.
Bow rail was broken in storm.
Evinrude 9.9 Yachtwin.
Portable stove, port-o-potty.GPS,hardwired marine radio for cabin and handheld for cockpit included, stainless steel rail barbecue grill.
Thru holes replaced 3 years ago. Will do bottom job if wanted but price will increase to 4K. Minor cosmetic damage (besides bow rail)
suffered during hurricane Wilma.
A steal at $3,500 firm!!!!
