Own a piece of history Yes, It's true, a former Commodores boat is now for sale.

Moxie is a 1981 Catalina 25 with the traditional layout, standard rig and a swing keel. I am the second owner and the first owner was even more particular about this boat than I am, maybe. Bottom line, this boat is well cared for and ready to sail. She has white gelcoat with a navy blue boot stripe. The bottom was stripped bare to find very few blisters, which were repaired. The bottom was sealed with epoxy barrier coat and is bottom painted with Micron Extra bottom paint. The swing keel was removed at the same time, sandblasted, faired and re-installed with all new hardware in 2002 Here are the highlights:

</li><li>Evinrude 9.9 hp OB with remote mounted controls</li><li>Origo 2 burner alcohol stove </li><li>Magma propane kettle grill</li><li>Working Sails, 110 jib and Main in excellent condition</li><li>8' nutshell pram tender</li><li>canvas dodger with zip off bimini</li><li>Autohelm autopilot</li><li>2 new group 27 deep cell batteries</li><li>Custom wood interior upgrades, shelves, table, etc.</li><li>EZ Loader trailer</li><li>Trailer tires, bearings and jack screws new 2002</li>

There is a lot more "stuff" that goes with this boat, coolers, manuals, hats, hoses, spare parts all the stuff that you aquire with a boat. All you need is beer and ice for the cooler and some sunscreen.
