Here's how I installed my Pirhana MAX 15 Fishfinder/Depthfinder. The power wire goes through a hole I drilled in the aft of the coaming cubby and down to the battery. The transducer is mounted on the end of a pole extending through a length of PVC attached to the catbird seat support. I lower it into the water for readings, retract it when not in use. The main unit I keep tucked away in the cubby. Unless y'all suggest another mod I can't live without...THIS IS IT!!

I shall be waiting "with bated breath". (Dictionary definition: Breathing that is subdued because of some emotion or difficulty that is being experienced. Short for abated breath). Trivia, trivia, trivia. Now tell me: what's the origin of "fiddle" for a ship's table?
