Thanks for the Information on the expoxy vs the polyester, I didnt realize that the polyester would damage the core foam material? Guess that would be some good information to have. As far as the Capri 25 goes, the damage is on the starboard side of the boat. a hunter 26 hit the boat last summer coming down on the t-track and pushing the glass over 1/2". I have taken the trim peice off of the inside to reveal that the crack had not gone all the way threw the deck. I have found some rubber casting material that will replace the non skid section. you router the damage out 1/8" deep fill with resign and let it cook. having a square section to work with you poor the gelcoat in the section and fold the rubber mould ontop of it. the repair should look very good with only some minor repairing to do on the edges. The trick is to get the color right on the gelcoat. I will update as i go along and post so you all can see the repair. Chris Mckillip
