Does anyone have any suggestions for where to purchase teak plywood or vernier, and also the white laminated wood like what is already in the 250 interior? Any info would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks,
Joe

Joe,

If you want to do it yourself,it can be done.

White laminated wood= Pressed wood with white formica with contact cement.Pricey so I buy remnants at the cabinet shop.Don't laminate to anything except particle board or pressed wood because plywood won'nt give you a smooth surface; then use teak around the edges.Milamine won't hold up;however, you can use the opposite side of it(partile board) then you have a nice white look underneath as well.Full 4x8 sheets can be purchased at Home Depot. It's a tricky process but do-able.You'll need a router. You cut the formica 2-3 inches larger than the wood, contact cement it on(apply cement to both surfaces, let it setup 10-15 minutes then put it on rolling it firmly. Then go for it with the router.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I think that I've got a good handle on it. I have modified the galley so that the coutertop lifts up to allow direct access to the cooler and I just need to close it up.

Thanks again, Joe
