2002 250 Catalina 25’ Sailboat
Asking $21,500 neg.
The condition of this boat is above standard! It is a water ballast swing keel boat which drafts 1.8’ up to 5.9’ with board down. It has a Yamaha 9.9 XLS electric start engine with a 6 gallon fuel tank. Shore power 30 amp Blue Sea AC Main + Six position breaker panel, with three 15amp and one 20 amp electrical outlets. 50 foot Marinco 30amp power cord and 30amp Marinco Power inlet. CDI furling headsail with upgraded ball bearing system. Spinlock powercleat added to furling line. Forespar Twist lock Whisker Pole. Lewmar 16 chrome Self-Tailing Winches with two winch handles (one locking). Forespar tiller extender and lock box.

Cabin mounted Standard Horizon VHF radio with additional Ram mic located in cockpit coaming box. Garmin fix mount GPSMap180 (VHS Operator Tape incl) Two brand new batteries (1/06) with battery (1/2/All) switch mounted forward. Guest 10amp fixed-mount battery charger. 12 volt outlet in cabin. Raymarine ST40 Depth System. Vinyl pop top enclosure with additional screen window in the door and curtains. Mid rail adjustable cleat. Jenson AM/FM/CD Marine Stereo, pair of box weatherproof Bose speakers in the cabin and pair or flush mount speakers in cockpit. Two 12 volt Hella fans mounted in forward cabin. Windex. Upgraded five day ice chest. 1 burner stove with propane tank located in cockpit locker. Stainless steel kitchen sink with 12 volt facet water pump, 12 gal. fresh water holding tank. Enclosed head with Porta potti, vanity and sink. Bulkhead installed compass with light. Windline AR-3 bow anchor roller with complete ground tackle (Danforth anchor with pulpit mount, 25 feet chain and 120’ rode) Two large fenders, 4 life jackets, throwable cushion, fire extinguisher, pockets made for storage, Full canvas package, (Captains Navy) jib sunstrip, bimini, winch covers, tiller cover, hatch door cover, main sail cover, and life line covers. Factory pleated cabin window shades. Factory cockpit and stern seat cushions. Brand new Bosun’s Chair. Spare Catalina CB line upgrade kit. Screens for front hatch and companionway.
