My capri 25 is missing the motor mount. on the stern of the boat are three small brackets arranged in a triangle pattern (two at the top and one at the bottom. what type of motor mount do I need for this configuration? Also the model number is 408 what year is this boat? If you can't tell the boat is new to me and I am new to sailing.

Mr DFultz, the hull # is on the back of the transom on the starboard side up along the rubrail (the bumper). it will tell you the year of the boat in the last two numbers. My hull reg is CTSK0017M80L Hull # 0017 built in 1980. The motor mount question I myself can't awnser. My mount just bolts into the transom with 4 bolts. Check with Catalina Direct, They have a great motor mount for around 150-200. www.catalinadirect.com

is the fixed mount on the swap meet page a good one for a Capri? I used a fixed mount on my Merit.
