I'm getting ready to have the bottom job on my boat redone. I've found three local boat places that will do it for about the same dollars. Anyone know of a good way to check out if a repair facility does good work? I can ask for references, but, I'm sure I'll only get the names of the repairs that turned out great. If anyone has any recommendations, I'm looking for a place in north Texas. P.S. I've gotten prices from 21 to 40 dollars a foot. Thanks
I got a bottom job on a 2000 c-250 wk for around $700. Used Petite Trinidad, did a good job. Job was done through contact with Inland Sailing, Lake Hubbard. For Texoma area, you might try Cedar Mills marina, Valiant yachts will do a good job.
I have heard of good service by Brian Long @Lakeside Marine Services, he is at Chandlers landing on Lake Ray Hubbard. I bought my boat from Inland Sailing Center, Greg was very helpful and I would strongly recommend his services.
