someday, i am going to get a digital camera, or borrow one from one of my kids.... until then, we bought an "oak!!!" paper towel holder at walmart for about 5 dollars. we used wood to fiberglass glue and installed it over the sink. it looks great and gets the towels off the counter. your idea is also good and in a great spot, easy to grab. it never ceases to amaze me how us boat owners find every bit of space there is and use it. we are a pretty amazing group..

That won't work on Chick-a-pea 'cause that's where the 12c fan is mounted...
