These plastic baskets from Target are designed to stack back to back for easy carrying of two at a time using a mated handle.  They make excellent baskets for carrying supplies and storing them on the boat. The handles also have an indentation so that they will not slide around on a hook.

Very simple and effective hooks can be gleaned from old bungee cord hooks. The liner can be spread from the hull just enough to get the hook base above the liner lip and then it will catch leaving the hooks hanging down. The basket handles hook easily but wont jump off. The first basket can be reached very easily from a standing position at the galley.  The second takes bending a good bit or crouching into the berth.  There is room for a third or even a fourth in the pocket left by the cockpit locker.
