Force10 propane, two burner, plus broiler and push button start . Expensive but worth every penny. No more toasted curtains and watery eyes from the alcohol fumes. We use the small disposable propane bottles which also serve our BBQ. A propane hose runs from the stove back to the sealed fuel locker where the bottles are screwed on. We don't have to hassle finding a propane filling station or building a propane locker. When were finished cooking we turn the shut off valve, unscrew the bottle, burn off or drain the excess propane in the line overboard and put the bottle in the storage pouch on the stern rail (Magna BBQ makes them). No worries about a propane explosion.
