Any suggestions on where to find a reasonably priced tiller cover for a 1989 C25 or does anyone have an extra one in good condition they would like to part with?

Check out West Marine on-line. They have them. I bought mine through Atlantic Sail Trader in FL (Rolly Tasker loft). Also google tiller covers, some interesting options come up, albeit some are expensive. As I recall the West option was around $40-50 bucks.

Catalina Direct has them for $52. I have had mine for many years.

I do not recommend this but I recall probably 10 years or so ago when I was in the James Creek Marina in Wash, DC, I would notice every time I would leave and return from sailing, I would pass a sailboat in it's slip and instead of an outboard motor canvas (or sunbrella) cover, it was actually covered with a plastic table cloth! Believe it had a flower design on it.
