I'll leave this 'SOLD' notice up a little while so anyone who was considering buying the boat has time to see the notice. For those curious, yes I got my asking price and then some.
I'm finally sold my 1979 Catalina 25 with tandem axle trailer, Yamaha 9.9 outboard, and as much other boat stuff as the buyer would take in two interstate trips.
If you search these forums for user name "Leon Sisson" and check [x] Archived Posts, you will find lots of detailed info about the boat and work done to it.
Thanks Leon, I'll take good care of her. I was surprised at how well the trailer behaved on the interstate, so I'm already thinking a trailer trip to the Keys is probably on the near horizon.
And yes, I was happy to pay the asking price. The boat is in great shape and has clearly been updated with solid craftsmanship. I would post a pic of her in her new digs and ready for refit, but I'm not savvy as to how to get around in this forum.
