Tall Rig. Fin keel. Pop top. Harkin roller furler. North Sails, main has 2 reef points and foresail is approx. 135%. Tohatsu 9.8 extra long shaft with electric start and alternator (I replaced the motor mount when I purchased the motor). Lines are led aft. Anchor roller with 22 claw anchor. Interlux Micron CSC bottom paint applied May 2021. Trailrite trailer.

No sale yet. I've only sailed Flathead Lake. Flathead is a natural lake, but the levels are regulated by Kerr Dam (former name) and last year the levels, for the first time ever (as far as I know), were several feet below recreational levels with a very negative impact on boating. (I've lived in the area since the 60's, sailed since early 2000's). The marina where I kept Chesapeake sold, prices soared, storage lot closed, amenities curtailed, etc. which hasn't helped selling locally.
I live in the Phoenix, AZ area and went back to work full time so, unfortunately, full time sailing is in my past (for now anyway).
