Brit, I'd swear I've seen sheet bags on some of the usual distributer sites. Might not be like the ones Catalin supplies though. As I recall, they were more flat. Have you tried Sailnet and SailboatOwners?
Take a look at binnacle.com, they have some very nice sheet bags made by Blue Performance. I am in the process of replacing my stock white bags with the medium size "blue" bags.
i made mine out of blue sunbrella. mine go all the way across and are fastened with 4 snaps. even though i have the old catalina 25 they should work for you.
i don"t use them and they have not been exposed to much sunlight.
i would sell mine $25 plus shipping ($5-7).
let me know if your interested and i can photo and send you an email

I asked my dealer for this item, and he ordered me a set (they come in a set of 2) from Catalina. They were called Halyard Bags. They weren't cheap though - $96.00 for the pair.
I've used one on the port side, it matches what's already there and I have a spare when needed.
I would advise contacting Catalina directly for these. They may be cheaper if ordered directly from the manufacturer - not sure if the dealer had some markup in that price.
