Normally rf jobs are made with "sacrificial" cloth, usually sunbrella or similar. Were you planning to sew this on (not an easy task) or am I missing the point?
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use the iron on type of leading edge RF cover. After aplication and a few rolls the rinkle bag and generaly ruin the sail shape.
Were you referring to 1) a cover that is sewn on to the foot and leech or 2) a slip on cover that you run up with a spare halyard?
#1 can be supplied by your local sail loft. #2 can also be supplied by your local sail loft, Catalina Direct, the Chandlery at catalinaowners.com, etc., etc.
If you are planning the sacrificial edge material,I would send sail to a sail mfger and have them do it.
If you are planning a sock which you raise with a sapare halyard, the material, sunbrella can be gotten, at here at an awning manufacturer. They will make, or sell the material for you to make.
