So I have a 150 that needs the leech line pocket repaired. It's pretty much what I leave on the furler all the time.
The other day I was getting ready to take it in and get it repaired. I also knew I had a hank-on 110 upstairs in one of the bedrooms and decided I'd take it in and get a quote on switching it over so I could use it on my furler.
Well surprise, surprise, I pull the 110 out and there's another sail underneath it that I'd forgotten I had! So I grab them and throw them in the car with the 150.
Get to Quantum's local shop and we spread them all out on the floor and surprise, surprise, surprise. The 110 already has the luff tape and is in very good condition (just needs a couple small spots on the sun cover re-stitched!
The other sail I had forgotten I had was my hank-on 150 and it was in great condition. Heck yeah! Two surprises in one day!
It's always nice to get a surprise once in a while. Especially when it has anything to do with a boat!
