I have decided to clean out the basement and have old sails to get rid of. At this point, I am not posting any pictures, I will just see what kind of interest we come up with and then go from there. All of the following items are free, but if you want them I plan to charge for the box to ship them in plus cost of shipping.

1) 2002 Catalina 250 Standard Rig Mainsail with two reef points and full length battens. The sail is 20 years old. It has served me well. Wow, what a difference in performance between this old sail and my new sail. Anyhow, if you need a sail, it still has some life left in it.

2) 2002 Catalina 250 100% jib with luff foil tape, white dacron leech sacrificial cover. Same as #1 above. 20 years old. Jibs take far more of a beating than a mainsail. The leech fabric is weathered and has been patched.

3) 150% Genoa from an Olson 30. Dacron / Mylar laminate with a Kevlar Tape Drive system with luff foil tape. This sail was given to me over 20 years ago for a Morgan 30 I restored. The sail is in OK shape, the Kevlar tape drive is showing a fair amount of edge fraying. Other than that, I don't know how well it sets. I did not have a luff foil on the Morgan 30 so never used it.

4) Two symmetrical spinnakers from an E-Scow. I actually have three, but I plan to keep one for myself and try it on my C-250. The E-Scow Symmetrical spinnaker halyard hoist height is 24' 9", so I see no reason why it would not work on the C250 standard rig.

If interested PM me.

The sails are gone. I discovered seabags.com. I am donating a total of 13 sails to them. They pay the shipping and after evaluating what they have received, I get store credit for product made from used sails.
