Fixed fin keel, no trailer, must vacate slip on a small landlocked lake, sale timeline driven by external life events (moving).  Sadly, this seller is stuck with a losing hand.  Marina could end up putting it on Ebay with no minimum.  I hope owner has done all they can to advertise it locally.  Someone with a tall enough trailer within a reasonable distance should be able to make a couple thousand profit on this.

I emailed the guy yesterday but haven't heard back. 2020 motor with less than 10 hrs. I thought about buying it just for the motor.

There are a couple of other marinas on the lake where I could move it. One being where This Side Up used to live.

I could put the new motor on Andiamo and put my totally reliable Suzuki on this boat. The new motor would offer better reverse, handy down on the bay.

I don't know what the monthly slip fees are at Canyon Lake Marina now, but when I left in 2013 they were $320 for TSU. Definitely geting uneconomic.

I'm paying $278 down here on the bay and looking for a cheaper place.

Not sure why CLM is so expensive. It's always been that way even back in the '70's. There's several marinas down here on Lake Conroe where you can get similar slips for sailboats for under $200/mth.

This guy must not want to sell too badly. He still hasn't responded to my email. Suspicious there may be more to his story than he's mentioning.

Suntex Marinas own both public marinas on Canyon Lake. Only private one is LCYC. Why the Corps of Engineers allowed them to buy both is a mystery.

It's a Corp run lake. Apparently they control everything in, on, and around the lake up to a certain elevation.

Building anything (even a dock) on the shoreline within 150' of datum (909'above sea level) is prohibited.
