I have a 4 inch depth gauge in my Cat 25 manufactured by Stanchard from New Zealand which has stopped working. Would like to replace it with the same but cannot find any info on that company. anyone have any ideas how to replace it with out going to a 2 inch replacement
Hi Ken, I have no idea where you’d get spare parts for your system other than eBay, maybe. I had an original depth gauge on my boat and the display quit working after 30+ years. I bought a Hawkeye gauge and mounted it behind the glass inside the old housing, then put the transducer inside my hull using the “toilet bowl wax” method. Works great for me.
