This is an invitation to bid for the 2018 Catalina-25/250 and Capri-25 National Championship

Any current member can submit a bid to host the 2018 Catalina-25/250 and Capri-25 National Championship. Of course, you will need to have a hosting club and other details. The association officers will review and vote to approve the host and regatta.

Please review the association bylaws for the process.

You can also contact me for questions and help with the regatta planning.

I offered to organize a national regatta and cruise on the Chesapeake Bay and one person showed significant interest in participating. Even Chesapeake Bay denizens, who wouldn't have to trailer their boats there, weren't motivated to participate.

That's a great shame, Steve. The Chesapeake would be a wonderful venue and it's always interesting to meet fellow C-25-ers who you have only read on the Forum.
