I recently purchased a Catalina 22 that I raced against a year ago. I bought it sight unseen based on the condition last year. It was a very competitive. It has sat under trees for the past year and is a real mess. I have decided that I do not want to take the time to clean it up. I have not unfolded the sails so do not know their condition. Jib is Mylar and I think is a 150. Cushions are bagged and were kept inside, they seem to be in good shape. Motor is a Briggs & Stratton air cooled.It was stored inside the boat. Trailer has extending tongue and is in good condition. Year is 1978. I will take a thousand dollars ($1000.00)for it as is. I have it covered and do not have any photos. I think the hull is structurally OK. One bow cleat needs to be replaced. I think it would make someone a good boat after cleaned up.

Boat is located in the DFW area in North Texas
I have it covered up for storage and have not taken any photos. Probably will not get any for quite some time as I do not have the time to mess with it yet.

Is the trailer in good condition to travel? Is it swing keel or fixed keel?

Trailer looks OK. I would check the wheel bearings before a long trip. It has grease fittings in the hubs. Tires held air when I picked it up, but I do not know how old they are. It is a swing keel. I sent you an e-mail with phone info.
