To quote Gilda Radner..."never mind". I discovered the issue....User Error and deleted my original request for assistance in renewing my membership.
A couple of suggestions, however. - On the mailed renewal letter. Update the text so as to read similar to that in the renewal email. Pointing existing members to the Join the Association link is confusing as there is no renewal option. - On the Join the Association link, the Alternate submit option does not appear to recognize the text entered.
In my confusion this AM I submitted a join association request. How do I/we delete this so as not to confuse the membership database/directory?
