$4500 OBO Located on Lake Norman, Moorseville NC. See link below for pictures.
These pictures that were taken in 2007. It does not look like this now, but could with some TLC. Due to an accident, I am unable to sail the boat & unable to maintain it. The deck seems solid without any soft spots. I have listed below the things I know are wrong with the boat below. The 4 plexiglass windows in the settee are cracked & leaking. Needs to be replaced with Lexan, The anchor locker leaks if the drain is allowed to stop up. (Catalina design issue. I think they all do it)) The Mast wiring harness needs the plug reattached. I have the plug. There are a few minor gelcoat cracks (Typical with age). The wood board on the motor mount needs replacing. The cushions were mildewed, I removed the covering & cleaned the foam. The foam is in great shape. Batteries need replacing and it needs extensive cleaning. Items included with the boat: One spinnaker pole & one jib pole, 2 mains (one cut loose footed to raise the boom. One 100 % jib & one 80%, Fenders, Misc. hardware, Guest battery charger, original stove (needs adapter for propane), head with holding tanks, anchor, Bimini Frame, Star Trailer with extendable tongue-duel axle. The slip is paid through December & is transferable at Midway Marina off I77, exit 36, Moorseville, NC. There is a marina that has a travel lift & crane. I think they charge $100 to $150 to load the boat & lower the mast. Does not include motor.
