OK, so I bought an off the shelf Bimini. I want to install it using clamps on the catbird seat supports. I don't know what size the tubing is and my boat's an hour away. Anybody have the pipe size?

Here are pics of my "off the shelf" unit and as you can see there is no requirement for clamps. The bimini covers from the back of the seats to the boom.

Thanks, guys. Now, I just have to figure out how to get the backstays through it.

Frog, how are your backstays attached? I can't quite figure it our from the photos.

They are attached to the catbird seat. If you look at the second photo you will see the starboard split stay attachment. Does your boat have split backstays or single? Here is a picture of how mine come through the bimini.

Thanks for the photo. I have split backstay and they attach to the stern below the catbirds.
