$5,000 you got yourself a deal! Listing the falling appraised prices just makes it that much sweeter. 666th post razzing :)

Sounds like a pretty boat, I'm sure she"ll sell fast....
But you really need to add a link with pictures, that's what sold
me on a boat that I noticed on this very forum. Now that boat is
Sitting at our communities dock. Flicker accounts are free and easy.

You also need to include model year and/or hull number. Age does matter (a lot!) for any boat. Yes, condition is even more important than age, but every boat out there is in "great condition." Age is one of the few objective facts available on any boat, and you're less likely to get people to come see it unless you're completely upfront about it.

The year is in the subject line...and I deleted the comma in the first line to read, "lowered the price $5,000." Obviously those big numbers confused some folks!!:)

Here is a good web site that has all the details and some pictures:

http://usedboats.boatingmag.com/boat-listing/1997-CATALINA-YACHTS-320-Wing-Keel-32/106250284

In the "Description" box, click on "more" in the lower right corner, it brings up all the details.

I think it is good that you added that. Your original subject line just said, "Lower Price, C 320"
