I have no affiliation, just saw this and thought I'd pass it along in case others are interested. I know the '89's are popular:
http://massachusetts.freeboatshopper.com/boats-parts/catalina-25-sailboat-with-triad-dual-wheel-trailer.html

From the ad:
1989 Catalina 25 in pristine condition. This boat has only been used for a few seasons so it looks nearly new. Includes many options and extra features such as 2004 Triad dual wheel galvanized trailer that has never been in salt water, all new custom interior cushions, 15 horsepower Honda 4 stroke motor, self tailing Lewmar winches, updated Cruising Design roller reefing system, original Catalina sails plus newer set of North Sails, electronics, radios, nav system, full safety gear, fiberglas dingy/ tender, plus much more. Recent survey and appraisal for $23,900.00 available on request. Email or phone 781-581-8888 for more information

The appraisal was written by somebody sitting in a room full of sweet-smelling smoke... (Actually, it's probably for insurance more than for selling.) The price could be pretty good. An '89 wing keel (I'm guessing based on the trailer) with new-ish sails, new-ish cushions, trailer, roller furler, Honda,... Good stuff!
