I am looking for a partner for Heartbeat. The basic fact is she sits in her slip 3 weekends out of 4, and 6 days out of 7. Splitting up the costs makes more sense to me that outright selling.
Heartbeat is a Catalina 25 TR/FK. Summer slip is on the east end of the Detroit River. Easy access to Lake St. Claire. Knot meter, depth meter, compass, AM/FM/CD, handheld VHF. 4 internal halyards; all controls let to the cockpit. Full suits of racing and cruising sails. 8hp 4-stroke engine pushes her to a solid 6.3 knots. Currently on her two axle, two disc brake trailer in indoor storage. we took 2nd place in the the Thursday night series in 2011, and were competitive in the DRYA series.

Forgot to mention a few things: Spinnaker pole, heavy and light spinnaker sheets, topping lift, downhaul, and tweaks. (All led to the cockpit.) Adustable pole track on the front of the mast. Whisker pole. Non pop-top, so the Lewmar 7s are mounted on the cabintop. Lewmar 16s on the sides for the primary sheets. Two sets of genoa blocks, and spinnaker blocks. Tuff Luff and dual (kevlar) jib halyards allow for sail changes without going headless. Single line reefing kit. 24:1 backstay. Danforth and sand anchors each with 25' of chain.
