I've searched back through the thread, and it seems there are four people who are interested, is this a correct count?

I haven't talked to my friend about it yet, but if this is the final count, I will.

I think your count of 4 is correct; that's you, me, Chuck, and Dave. Not a very large number, unfortunately, and it may not even be worth WM's time.

How about we give it till after Thanksgiving week and we'll see if we pick up a few more people? After that I'll speak to her about it and see what kind of discount she can offer us.

Add one. Our vent is hastily installedby a PO, and even turned on ONCE this summer (@5rpm?!? really.....?). A deal on a replacement is in order.

WM will match any published price for a new item if they stock it, even E-Bay items. I was able to buy two new in the box of the Nicro S/S Solar vents on Craigs list Sacramento last year for $50 each. The seller had bought them for a boat he sold before he got a chance to install. I was pretty excited and dropped one into my C22 passive Nicro vent on the bow without any drilling and it works fantastic. I recommend the Nicro brand because they have been in this business a long time, have replacement parts and guarantee their products.
