After three great years of sailing Serenity off the coast of Maine, it is time to move up in size!! It is with mixed emotion that I sell this sweet little boat in order to move up to a blue water sailer.

1996 Catalina 250 WB

Serenity is a 1996 Catalina 250 WB sloop.__ This 25 Foot Water ballast boat is powered by a 1996 Johnson 9.9 HP with electric start. __Galvanized Trail Rite Trailer with Bearing Buddies and spare tire..__ Serenity is a very wide 8 feet 6 inches and drafts 5 feet 9 inches with the centerboard down and only 1 foot 8 inches with center board up.__

Serenity’s accommodations include a vee-berth forward, port and starboard settees. The galley is to starboard and is equipped with a single burner propane stove, a stainless steel sink and a 48 quart cooler and ample storage for overnight supplies. To port there is a private enclosed head with lavatory and porta potty.
The companion area pops up with an enclosure to afford standing headroom in the galley area. Aft of the galley, head and companionway is a large open berth. __

**__Electronics:__ Standard Eclipse VHF Radio,__ mast top mounted antenna,__ Garmin 128 Chart Plotter, __ Standard Horizon Analog Wind Direction and digital Wind Speed Instrument,__ Standard Horizon Depth Sounder with new internally mounted transducer.__

**_Sails:__ Mainsail in good condition.__ Main Sail Cover.__ Lazy Jacks,__ EZ Reefing System.__ 135% Genoa in good condition on a CDI Furler.__ Boom Vang. __All lines run to Cockpit.__

**_Deck: __ Bow and Stern Pulpits.__ Lifelines with opening gates.__ Anchor well in foredeck.__ Swim Ladder.__ Lockable storage beneath cockpit seating.__ Vented fuel storage compartment,__ Two Lewmar16 Self Tailing Winches with covers on Cabin top.__ Two Lewmar 16 Self Tailing Winches on cockpit coamings.__ Two year old Cockpit Cushions, __Cover for Pedestal and Wheel.__

**_Additional:__ Edson Wheel Steering.__ Edson Pedestal with Ritchie Lighted Compass.__ Engine Controls on Pedestal.__ Wheel Brake__ Anti Bird Wires.__ Equipped with mast raising system.__
