Best Beach Restaurant ( to me ) at PCB. and nice of them to share the view with the web cam. It really is a great place, and their web page is very nice, for such a small local bar. Makes you think it is a big "Margaritaville" kinda place.

But the beach cam kills me sometime... I miss the beach...

Call me strange, but there aren't a lot of things I'd less rather do than sit on a beach. There are some, but........ And I used to crawl around on the Panama City beach when I was about 1 year old, when my dad was in the Air Corps.

<< Call me strange >>

You're not strange, but that is where we would meet some..

We would anchor offshore and swim in and get a grouper sandwich and a beer. The drill is drink rum punch from the gerbil bottle and lay in the sun till you see stars, swim in the water till you come to and back to the chair. Rinse and repeat so to speak....

The sunset cannon was always pretty funny also.. it draws you to the bar! Tradition...

Dude... That's a nice web cam! ( Nice Beach ) Thanks for the link. I think I'll throw some oysters on the grill this weekend..

The webcams up on the poles ( or hotels ) usually get hammered during the storms and die. My fav was the ones at the marinas but most of them have died.

They have done a good job at keeping the schooners cam running most of the time.

The high angle cam from PCB pretty much shows me that the storm is not too bad. At least not right now. We would like some rain up here from it but it looks like the system is not gonna be moving very fast.

They might get a lot of rain down there.

The view from the sandpiper is a bit more realistic. You can definitely see it is a storm coming.

We're getting the first band of rain from the storm this morning. Thunderstorm coming later today and rain for the next 3 days. Haven't mowed the lawn in 2 weeks. Should have done it yesterday.

Looks like Pensacola to Panama City is going to get hammered real soon.
