Here is a fascinating story about the life and death and return of a 55' yacht. It was once owned by Humphrey Bogart. I had no idea. Read more about Santana. There are several great quotes from him-very funny.

That's funny Steve,
I happened to run into a documentary on Humphrey Bogart while watching PBS Wednesday night where they talked quite a bit about Santana and Bogart's love for sailing. He said something like, "It's the only place where one can truly be at peace". He also had a production company he called Santana. Good show.

Dave, Darn I wished I saw that. I will try to catch on re-runs. The other funny thing he said is that he did not like to take "dames" on board but they didn't like him peeing off the stern.

They mentioned that little funny. Also were talking to his son as he sailed Santana if I'm not mistaken.

Dave, You are welcome. I really enjoyed reading that story. And knowing she is still sailing is really great. BTW, let me know next time you are down here. Love to take you out if you like.
