According to the news this morning, their race boat didn't have an engine, and they speculated the boat was becalmed & drifting, so it's possible for them to have drifted into Iranian waters, although there's no hard & fast lines in the water.

The last time we cruised the San Juans we drifted into Canada. Instead of facing arrest we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and friendly people. It is great having such a wonderful neighbor!

I was thinking of doing some cruising off the coast of Somalia. Is that a bad idea?
