Bruce, considering shipping costs for such an unwieldy object, you might want to check with a fabricator in your area... a few bends and a few welds and it's done. I had friends in Wilton who had one made for their C-30 in Black Rock, but I don't know by whom. I met a guy at Norwalk Cove who was doing a custom T-top for a boat... Somebody might even be able to repair yours, although considering the "surgery" I did to it, maybe you want a new one.
I looked into having a bow rail made. The company I checked with in Michigan makes railings for a living. They wanted $650.00 for one for our boat. I found one in Nevada and had it shipped via Greyhound. Shipping was very reasonable. They ship large parcels like that all the time. The seller braced the legs so it didn't get bent and it arrived without a scratch.
It did, however, get lost and I had to make several phone calls to have them go find it in Chicago. The lady at the buss terminal could not believe they lost it. She claims she never heard of Greyhound loosing anything, ever. Go figure.
