Great sailboat, set up for single handed sailing, roller furling included. Interior is not much to speak about, but a structurally good boat with decent sails. Fixed fin keel for stability and a 15 hp Johnson motor... I love the boat, but just do not have the time... Boat is at a great location on the Bay and could possibly remain there for a reasonable monthly dock rental fee.</font id="size1"><font size="6">"</font id="size6">
