I think it says a lot about their integrity, they obviously stand behind their product 100%. After reading your post I would buy from them before I would buy from anyone else!

Go for it.
They were unexpectedly generous to me when my #6 cabintop winch siezed two yrs ago. (Came with the "used boat") At first, Randy asked that I return it for exchange, then returned it with the new one. No charge.
I posted their excellent service here, with my thanks.
