That can't be a 25" can it ? It has what appears to be two windows, not three and does not have the classic sink/stove drawer unit near the companionway.

It's listed as a C25 but the pictures show a C22. It doesn't have the full bulkhead like the C25 and the motor mount is on the port side instead of the starboard.

I had a 1986 22 and that is definitely a 22.

I also owned a C22 (1985 model) and sold it to buy our current C25.
I live in Hemet and ride my road bike up to the lake to get some more hill climbing exercise.
I have seen this boat personally in the dry storage area....it is a C22.
Looks like the ad people made a mistake.
Still, that's a good price for this boat.
Do I need another boat?

If it "was" listed as a C25 the ad has been corrected. I just looked and it states it is a C22.

I've still got my C-22, for racing. Looks like several of us are former C-22 owners.
