Here in the south, a hawkfarm would mean something totally different. seriously, I've never heard of a Hawkfarm sailing yacht. I'm impressed by the pics. Pretty lines, and looks very seaworthy.
This boat doesn't fit Jim's criteria, but for the type of sailing I like it's perfect... a Martin 24-2. Has a phrf rating of 150-156, fractional rig (easy to shorthand or single), numerous one design racing fleets on the west coast, rules allow only 3 sails (economy) and you can weekend it. Would be my choice if I had an extra 40K+ to buy a new one...used boats are very scarce.
