Only if you use them as a normal horn cleat.

My last boat came with jam style horn cleats for the jib sheets, one round turn and cinch...Easy as pie, but when I got my C25 with regular horn cleats, I said to myself, "these have gotta go", but then I started using them as if they were a jam style horn cleat, two round turns and a cinch to secure the line. No crossovers, no hitches, just round turns. To uncleat, I simply and effortlessly unwind the turns...Again, easy as pie.

I've used this technique for the last six years and I can't recall the line ever slipping, even during conditions when I could barely crank the winch.
