Interestingly, his sail area to displacement figure was nearly identical to mine (although the program doesn't have an entry for a tall rig, so it'll be somewhat different from it lists for a C250 WK anyway). He has a 43' cutter rigged Polaris. We figure that makes us perform fairly well in low wind situations, which is exactly how Tony won the 2004 Nationals with our boat from what I understand. Big jibs & a spinnaker for the downwind run.
