Well, I could not get the Dock Queens in Fleet 7 to go anywhere this 3 day weekend, so I took a solo voyage into Mexico.

Sweet, Jim. Looks like you had nice seas. Seemed pretty relaxed, is that how it felt?

Seas were very calm - never over 2 feet. With the 3 day weekend, I had 6 days off. I spent most of the time working at home, and with Karen and the kids. It was nice to get away for 2 days and unwind.

Thanks for your post and pictures. I would like to sail along one of these times in the Snowbird. I have gone out there sometime back solo and enjoyed the special time. My Grandfather was the beacon keeper for the Lighthouse Service and Pilotboat builder. My 101 year old Dad was born there in 1906 on Ballast Point so your pictures are very special. Thanks again.
