There is a very clean C25 for sale at 14K. It has trailer, furler, auto pilot, usual electronics, marine head, solar, and a Johnson 9.9 Sailmaster. The only deficiencies I can find is a crack in the rudder and exterior woodwork that needs varnish or oil.

I am planning to make an offer at 12k. Does this seem high/ low?

14K for a 1990 wing with trailer in right on par. If you can get it for 12 more power to you. It beats putting money in the stock market right now.
