Brian mentioned in a post about a custom swim deck. One thing I see as a potential problem is that the stock rudder requires quite a bit of room, as it is so wide above the water line.
Here is a link to a site that sells a "kick-up" rudder for the Cat 25 that would appear to allow a swim platform built over top of it. FWIW, I would make the rudder fixed, as I have no need for a "kick-up" rudder, but I like the reduction of mass.
