Check this out! I am now ostensibly the only US owner of a Freebag overhead cover.... Leave it to my scandahoovian peeps to come up with the ultimate C25 accessory!!!! http://www.freebag.no/images/Overhead/Poster_grey.jpg
Now before you all get excited - I had to have a friend buy it for me and then ship it - although Lars over there might figure out shipping if enough folks over here wanted them... The exterior is grey and the interior is a reflective material.. Can't wait to try it out on my 3 week cruise next week!!!
Similar in shape - yes. But the outer shape is held in place with tents poles that connect at two different spots under a velcro access panel. The number of attachment points is also pretty cool! I just had to put it together and did so in the kitchen. I'm even more impressed. The adaptive shape should create some sort of airflow around it in high winds and the size of it is simply huge!!! I'll post pics when I get it installed.

Oh, and the pool floatie thing is nice, too.
I sat on a boat during a transport for 14 hours in the sun and heat and fabricated something similar in my mind with tent poles and various cloth etc. That was about nine years ago... Next time I get some half baked idea that might actually work, somebody give me a kickstart.
Yes - the seat looks cool and is available here, but oddly the Freebag overhead is not. I even tried Plastimo in Florida who distributes the product in Europe, but alas not here in the US... I heard also that it was expensive - Norway is one of the most expensive countries in the world. I believe I owe my friend Henrietta about $300??? it was 300 kroner to mail it - which is about 50 bucks!

Sten Zephyr - Swansea MA <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote"> Of course the first question is do they really need sunshades in Norway? Just kidding. Ironic that people who run outside when the sun comes out came up with such a nice design. I also remember seeing a homemade design in This Old Boat a year or so ago (not so nice and it used PVC tubing.
