Help me finish my kids college education. Tuition costs are forcing me to sell my 1984 Catalina 25, hull number 4309.

<ul><li> Standard Rig / Fin Keel </li><li> Traditional Interior </li><li>2006 Nissan 9.8 4-stroke with Electric Start, XLS shaft (25") </li></li><li>Original Sails, plus Shure 155</ul>
This boat is located at the Anchorage Marina (B-68) on Lake Guntersville in northern Alabama and has always been in freshwater.
