After a year of sailing our 1980 Catalina 25 fixed keel, we have decided to move up to a C-30. This is after a great deal of work to modernize the boat was done, but she was a great boat to sharpen up our sailing skills. Location: Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Clear Title.

Boat bought new here and has never been in salt water
Fin Keel
Johnson 9.9 Sailmaster with Electric Start outboard in very good condition
Roller Furling with 130% Genoa
Sails in very good condition, with spare main
New running rigging
Three Lewmar Winches
New Poptop Cover with windows
Lexan companionway doors, plus hatchboards
Electrical System 12V and 120V
Solar Panel
Winch, Tiller and Outboard Motor covers
Portapotty in Head
Dinette floor plan
Sleeps 6 when Dinette is converted to Queen Size bed
No leaks/dry bilge
All exterior woodwork varnished
Cruiser Concept-type windows
12V receptacle on stern rail
Ensign Standard
New Bimini (adjusted so that boat can be sailed with Bimini up)

This is a sail-away boat that is in the water right now. Just got back from sailing here on 5/14/06

Trailer: Commercial “Trail-Rite” double axle sailboat trailer with brakes, launching extension, and adjustable standards. Condition: Excellent.

FYI: Grand Lake is in Northeastern Oklahoma, 50 miles northeast of Tulsa, and about 35 miles southwest of Joplin, Missouri.
