I have decided on all new lines for my boat. Any suggestions on best place to buy?

Milwaukee Rigging on ebay has some good prices on Sta-set - but I guess I'm a little leary concerning quality? should I be?

Layline has everything, but they are located in state, so I will spend an extra $100 on sales tax. also, their prices are a little higher in total.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Of course, as Frank mentioned, a relationship at Layline is always nice.

they are sponsoring our Nationals by the way...

Milwaukee Rigging has the best prices and quality service. I have used them for my Halyards and Boom Vang and am very satisfied.

Actually, there are other sources online at ebay with much better prices and faster service. If I recall, they have a different (not always better) selection too.
They are bookmarked on my other pc...I'll look them up tonight.

Thanks much for the response. I am giving Layline a chance to "get in the ballpark" of the other pricing I am finding. They (and Harken) were very helpful in selecting my new traveler system, which apparently was a bigger problem than originally anticiipated. Too much "bend" on the traveler, etc.

Milwaukee Rigging does indeed have some great prices, so I'll check them out. And Duane, thanks for the ebay sources when you get a chance to post them.

Thanks!!

The other place on ebay that has some good sources is http://stores.ebay.com/Discount-Rope-and-Line_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amefsQ3amesstQQtZkm

They don't have the same quantity but they have some different stuff.

Remember, it isn't about price. It's about relationships.
