Ok, how do they went stoves in these boats? Swimmer doesn't have one, but it was an option on Capri's and now I want to put one in. How do I vent the cooking odors etc?
Open the forward hatch and the companionway, you'll have plent of ventilation through the boat to protect you from the fumes. If you're worried about carbonmonoxide, you can get a CO dectector. You'll want to replace it annually, because apparently salt air does degrade the sensor over time. We had one on the bulkhead in the head on tako kichi.
If you can swing it, get a magma and install it on the rail. We cook outside whenever possible.
More importantly - show up at Rita P when you're hungry. They tend to have the good stuff...
